The school had an international food fair day where parents from each country represented at school brought, made food from their country. It was a perfect day and the food was outrageously delicious, from about 40 or so different countries. The girls ran around with friends. A wonderful reminder of why we are here.
I made Mac and Cheese, along with about 10 other American families. It seems to be popular with kids of all nationalities!
Storey had her 10th birthday while Ridley has been in the States, so we got to have a party before he left! (She really knows how to stretch out this one day into about 3!) Her dinner of choice was cream chicken and rice which Ridley is a master at making. Chocolate cake, ice cream - nothing could be better!
